I have expertise in working with projects based on Lean, Kanban, Iterative and Agile working methodologies. I have extensive knowledge of the IT industry and ERP systems. I also have proven competence in Agile Project Management and DevOps Project Organisations working in a multi-platform environment. I specialise in corporate CRM systems (Bitrix 24, Hubspot, SugarCRM, Ms. Dynamics). I am a specialist in Microsoft Business Intelligence (Power BI), Qlik Sense, IBM Planning Analytics and IBM Cognos Analytics, MicroStrategy, Oracle Database. My expertise is also in business process design and improvement, pre-sales and application lifecycle management. I am also an Academic Lecturer and an enthusiast of modern IT technologies, mobile solutions, Business Intelligence and Data Science issues.
